Do you only train on ChatGPT, or other tools too?
We train on the AI and systems you actually use — Microsoft Copilot, Google Workspace AI, ChatGPT Enterprise, CRM assistants, and internal tools. The curriculum follows your stack.
Can sessions be on-site in Vancouver?
Yes. We run workshops on-site across Metro Vancouver, or hybrid when teams are split. Remote-only cohorts work when travel is not practical.
How long does a typical engagement last?
Many start with a two-to-six week training sprint. Larger adoption programs run one to three months with checkpoints. Discovery calls clarify scope before anything is scoped in writing.
Who should be in the room?
Depends on the goal. AI literacy often includes whole teams. Tool rollouts usually mix end users, team leads, and one IT or ops owner who can unblock access issues.
Do you only run workshops, or build systems too?
Both. Training is often the start. After a discovery consult, we design and build full custom AI systems around your objectives — workflows, tool stack, prompts/playbooks, and how the team will use them day to day. Leaders often begin with executive AI training.
What happens on a discovery call?
Thirty to forty-five minutes. You walk us through your tools and pain points. We say what we would recommend, roughly how long it would take, and whether we are a fit. No hard close.
